The spine of every order

The proof process

Nothing goes on a press until you say yes. Here's the exact sequence from checkout to install.

1. You order. Buy a kit or a single piece, or send a design from the customizer. Either way we have your name, date, and colors.
2. We build your proof in one business day. A real person lays out every piece in your colors with your bar name and game date, and emails you a PDF proof.
3. You approve or ask for changes. Two rounds of revisions are included. Reply with changes and we turn them the same day where we can.
4. Approval locks the job. Once you approve, the file goes to the flatbed and the cutter. After this point the order can't be cancelled or changed, because it's custom material with your name on it.
5. We print and cut in San Antonio. Production typically runs [2 to 4 business days] depending on the kit size and what's on the schedule.
6. Pickup, delivery, or install. We confirm the date with you and get it on your wall, your window, and your block before doors open.

Refunds

Refunds & cancellation

Before you approve your proof

Cancel any time before proof approval for a full refund, no questions and no restocking fee. Nothing has been printed yet, so nothing is lost.

After you approve your proof

Approved work goes straight into production on custom material printed with your bar's name and date, which can't be resold or restocked. Approved orders are non-refundable.

If we get it wrong

If what arrives doesn't match the proof you approved (wrong colors, wrong size, a printing defect, or damage in transit) we reprint it at our cost. Tell us within 7 days of receiving it and send a photo. This is our own guarantee on our own work, and it is separate from any legal rights you have as a buyer.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify, typically landing within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Getting it to you

Delivery & install

Local: San Antonio and surrounding area

We cut it here, so we can hand it to you here. Choose pickup at the shop, local delivery, or full install where we mount everything ourselves. Same-week install is available when your approved proof lands by [our weekly cutoff, still to be set], subject to the schedule that week.

Outside San Antonio

We ship signage, banners, stickers, and backdrops anywhere in the continental US via standard carriers. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Install service is available in the San Antonio area only.

Timing, honestly

Total time from order to installed is typically [one week]: one business day for your proof, your approval time, then production and scheduling. Big game coming fast? Email us before you order and we'll tell you straight whether we can make your date.

Where signs can legally go

Yard signs, A-frames, and window graphics are subject to your city's sign rules, your landlord or property manager, and the ADA clearance requirements for walkways and exits. We'll flag anything obvious we notice, but placement on your property is your call and your responsibility.

The legal one that matters

Artwork & trademarks

We print your brand loudly and we never print someone else's. That means:

• Team colors, your city's name, your bar's name, the date, and the sport, all fair game.
• No team logos, crests, wordmarks, mascots, league marks, or player names and likenesses. Not on any piece, not as a favor, not "just this once."
• Colors plus your own name outperform logo-driven designs for social sharing anyway, this constraint costs you nothing.

When you send us artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you keep ownership of it. We keep the right to photograph finished work and show it as an example of what we make, unless you ask us not to.

Privacy

What we collect

• Order information, name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and what you bought. Payments are processed by Shopify; we never see or store your full card number.
• What you send us, artwork, bar name, dates, and the notes you type into the customizer or contact form.
• Site analytics, anonymous usage data about which pages and products get viewed, so we know what's working.

What we do with it

We use it to build your proof, print your order, get it to you, and answer your questions. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make the order happen, Shopify for checkout, shipping carriers for delivery, and our print shop for production.

QR codes and "Own Your Crowd"

If your kit includes QR codes that collect your guests' contact details, that list belongs to you, not to us and not to a platform. You are responsible for how you message your own guests, including consent and opt-out. We'll help you set it up correctly.

Your choices

Email team@pregamekit.com any time to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes.

Ordering from PreGameKit means you agree to what's on this page. We keep it short.

Pricing

Prices shown on this site are the prices we honor. Where a product shows "from $X," that's the starting configuration, the final price depends on the size and options you pick at checkout. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may change prices for future orders, never for one you've already placed.

What you're responsible for

• Checking your proof carefully, spelling, dates, times, and colors. Approval is the moment it becomes final.
• Having the right to any artwork or names you send us.
• Where and how the finished pieces get placed on your property.

What we're responsible for

Printing what you approved, on the material described, to the size described, and standing behind it if we get it wrong. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
